Park your car (or two!) in the private driveway, unpack your bags, and instantly begin relaxing in this island retreat.

Inside, 5 large bedrooms sleep 12 guests! The first floor hosts a large den that spills onto a front deck, along with a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, a full bath and a second Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This floor also features a spacious laundry room, and rear door that leads to the resort-quality backyard -- complete with a large pool and spa for fun during the day, and a gas fueled fire pit to sit around at night. The yard, which also boasts an enclosed outdoor shower, is surrounded by evergreen trees, giving this space a level of privacy rarely found on Seven Mile Island.

Back inside and upstairs, the second floor is home to an enormous living space with a vaulted ceiling, and a sliding glass door that opens to a sprawling deck -- a perfect place to enjoy meals, or just the company of your fellow guests. The large, open kitchen is very well-stocked, and features a huge island around which to gather. This floor also has two additional, and very large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Head up one more flight to the massive main bedroom with a King bed, and a very large bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. This bedroom also has a perfectly private deck from which to overlook the backyard, with your morning coffee, or evening cocktail.

As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included, as are beach tags and beach gear!
