This is a beach cottage three blocks from the ocean and three blocks from Main Street in Belmar, NJ. It is walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk and 7-11.

It is best suited for families, sleeping 4 adults plus two children comfortably or 5 adults. Renters and guests must be over the age of 30 (excluding families) and owner will verify IDs upon check in and ask for photo ID with House Rules sign off.. Strict maximum occupancy of 6. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS. Adhere to town requirements regarding noise curfew and absolutely no parties.

Minimum one week rentals during Season (Memorial Day through Sept 15), consecutive weeks may be rented based on availability. Off Sesaon Min 2 Nights and NOT always available.

NO SMOKING INSIDE or on PORCH.

It has a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher.

Three bedrooms, two with Queen size beds and one with a twin sized daybed and pop up trundle. Bed linens and bath towels are included. Bring your own beach towels please.

There is one bathroom with walk in shower. There is also an outdoor shower.

The home has an eat in covered front porch, a side patio including a Weber BBQ grill and a spacious backyard.

It has a driveway fitting two cars and an one additional car can be parked blocking the driveway. There is room in the garage solely for bike stowage.

The home has both a washer and dryer. TV is via streaming services. Wifi included..

We allow dogs but NO CATS and there is an additional pet fee charge.
