The living room boasts a Large 'must see' BALCONY and two futons that convert to double beds. The unit has three TVs, free WiFi, Xfinity internet, HULU, Peacock and streaming services. Both baths have a shower and tub. For your convenience, there is also an outdoor shower. This Condo is Non-smoking of any kind, No Vaping and No Pets allowed. - Renters(LESSEES) MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD.
- Photo ID is required of all renters(Lessees).
- NO PETS. NO PROM/NO SENIOR WEEK.

Requirements: Lease to be signed, $500 security deposit (per week) required to book. Checks, Cash App, Venmo and PayPal are acceptable payment options. Initial payment due within 30 days of booking. Final payment required no less than 45 days before rental. $100 Fee applied on all returned checks.

Security deposit is fully refundable after inspection of the unit, key return and without incedent.

7 Night Rentals are REQUIRED Saturday to Saturday during the months of June, July, August and September.

Regardless of your favorite season, Spring, Fall and Winter weeks and weekends are available.

The cleaning crew will perform major cleaning, but we ask that you please make each bed and tidy up prior to departure. PLEASE make a good effort to leave the unit in a manner in which it was received. . . CLEAN!
Please remove items from the fridge (wipe down with a Clorox wipe) and properly dispose of trash and recycling as indicated.
