Erin Shores Condominiums are individually owned. This description is for our two bedroom unit only.

Our unit is rented Saturday to Saturday during he summer months.

Don't pass up a vacation in North Wildwood at a family friendly property. View the beach fireworks from the Atlantic Ave pool deck every Friday night.

As of 2018 Erin Shores is a smoke free property.

Only one adult permitted on all top bunks with a maximum weight capacity of 220 pounds.

Erin Shores Condominium is a family friendly property and a brief walk from the Boardwalk/Beach.
The entire complex exterior has new paint and lighting. Our freshly resurfaced pool decks have new chairs and chaise lounges.

Our unit has been freshly painted and located on the first floor of the complex with 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom facing the 26th street pool. Rental includes 2 designated parking spaces.
Both bedrooms have bunkbeds as described: 1st bedroom has a double bunkbed and a single trundle. Bedroom #2 bunkbed has a double and single.
The living room has a queen size futon.

Comcast cable and high speed Internet included. Central air/heat, refrigerator, electric two burner cook top (no oven), microwave, clock radio and coffee maker.

This is a NO PETs/NO SMOKING-NO VAPOR UNIT. No prom/senior week or high school groups.

The condo has laminate hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fan in living room, portable fans in bedrooms. Two full bathrooms with tile flooring.
Two bedrooms, 1 Full over full bunk bed with twin trundle, bedroom 2 twin over full bunk bed and a queen futon in the living room. Rental can accommodate 8.

Unit includes refrigerator freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, radio, LED flat screen HD TV with Comcast cable and Xfinity Internet. Off street assigned parking for two (2) vehicles, two (2) swimming pools (one heated), Pool decks have lounge chairs and BBQ grills, bike racks. Chairs for sitting outside of unit.

Property Summary: Two swimming pools, three outdoor gas grills, two on- site laundry rooms (coin operated), outdoor shower and bike racks. Renters are responsible for linens, toiletries, bedding, bath beach and kitchen towels.

No Smoking - No Vapor- No Pets. Erin Shores is a smoke free property.
No High school Groups or Rental Co-Signing. Must be 25 yrs. to rent

Landlord will hold back a MINIMUM $150 of deposit as cleaning fee if unit is not cleaned at time of check out. Satisfactory condition of cleaning is the sole determination of the cleaner service and/or owner based on the condition upon check.
All utilities (electric, cable, and water) are included with weekly rentals.
Seasonal renter pays fixed electric (cable not included with seasonal rental)
Notify owner immediately upon check-in if unit is not cleaned.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Deposit will not be refunded unless 30 day advance notice is received and property is re-rented for that rental period. If unit cannot be re-rented ALL MONIES SHALL BE FORFEITED TO LANDLORD with no further obligation by either party.

$300, Security Deposit. This deposit will be refunded and post marked within 10 days of check out after unit is checked and found to be in satisfactory condition. Security deposit will be based on the combined determination of Cleaning Service/Owner. Renter must notify owner at time of check in to report any damage. At check out tenant shall be notified via email if any damage is identified.
Owner shall have final decision on damages and costs.
Smoking or pets in unit will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies.
Tenant hereby acknowledges acceptance and understanding of these conditions.
