The internet capacity is fabulous throughout the house and decks, and you will be amazed at the speed! Actual upload & download speeds of greater than 150 MB per second aided by two discretely installed satellite units, one per floor.

-This house is not a prom house, nor a party house. Family oriented community, guests should be over 21 unless they have
children.
