We supply beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards plus beach toys for the kids along with two beach equipment wagons. This is a no pet unit.
This is a NO SMOKING UNIT, that means the entire property including the front & rear decks. This ban includes cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana of any kind and of course any illegal drugs. Our concern in not only the protection of our property but the safety and welfare of our neighboring owners and tenants especially our younger children that we MUST protect!
