Oceanfront Veranda
Accessible directly from the living room and main living areas, the oceanfront veranda offers sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and some of the most spectacular sunrises on the Jersey Shore. Furnished with premium Berlin Gardens PolyTuf outdoor furniture, it is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the ocean.

During the summer season, the veranda also provides a fantastic vantage point for Wildwood's famous Friday Night Fireworks. Skip the crowds and traffic and enjoy the colorful display from the comfort of your own private deck while overlooking the beach and ocean.

Important Information
Maximum Occupancy - Residence 901 accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. This occupancy limit is strictly enforced by The Grand Homeowners Association and management staff.

Wristbands
Eight guest wristbands will be provided and are required while using Grand amenities and common areas.

Parking
Two assigned parking spaces are included with your rental.

Storage Locker
Guests have access to our private storage locker located beneath the pool deck for storing bicycles, beach toys, and other recreational equipment. Please note that bikes and beach equipment may not be stored inside the condominium.

Linens
Linens and towels are not included. For guests who prefer not to bring their own linens, we recommend Wildwood Linen Supply, which offers delivery and pickup service directly to the unit. Their linen packages are typically less than $200 for the week.

Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required with final payment.
