Without neighbors on the right side, it offers beautiful view of the marsh and the amazing wide life that inhabits it. Enjoy your morning brew on one of the two back bedroom decks while keeping an eye out for Osprey, Great Blue Heron and Snowy Egrets. At night, relax and enjoy your favorite cocktail on the back decks while watching the sunset to end the perfect summer day. The spacious front deck offers a great view of West Avenue with a cozy place to sit, relax and enjoy the breeze. Ample, covered parking for three cars is included. We are only one block away from from Uncle Bill's and Aunt Betty's (best breakfast and ice cream).
