Flexible Rental Policies
We primarily cater to families looking for the classic Beach Haven experience. We also consider responsible Group and Prom Rentals during the spring season (special rates and security deposits apply).

50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$750 refundable security damage deposit

Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM.
Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.

House is available for seasonal rental from Memorial Day to after Labor Day and weekend rentals in May and June and after Labor day. Ideal for one or two families to share or for weekly or seasonal group rentals and/or special weekend getaways.
