Group & Prom Policy: While we primarily cater to families seeking a quiet LBI getaway, we do accept responsible large groups and prom rentals (special group rates of $3,000$6,000 and a $200/person security deposit apply).

Payment Details:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$1000 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.
