Just steps to the beach you will find this lovely "Beach Chic" first floor apartment (sleeping 7) perfect for a larger family with 2 bedrooms and a large living/dining room. The main bedroom is sweet and romantic with a four poster bed and canopy all in light shades of cream and beach blue. The second bedroom boasts a pyramid bed with single over double bunk beds and a single trundle. All done in a nautical fun theme with a TV for the kids to play games or watch movies. The living/dining room is large and comfortable with a flat screen TV, wireless internet connection and a large family table in the light filled alcove. The washer and dryer along with an outdoor shower make clean-up from the beach easy. Enjoy your private back deck while you barbecue or rock on the front porch while listening to the waves crash and watching the trolleys go by!

This homeowner does not supply blankets. All guests must bring blankets, sheets and towels for use during their stay.

This property is pet friendly for small dogs under 25lbs between the dates of October 1st and May 13th. A pet fee of $150 will be charged per reservation if you are bringing a dog. Between the dates of May 15th and September 30th dogs are not permitted at the property.

Each reservation will also have a $150 cleaning fee due.
