The updated full sized bathroom has a shower / tub combo. In both the living room and bedroom are flat screen televisions with expanded cable packages.

For the chef in the family the full sized kitchen has an electric stove, full sized refrigerator, and microwave; along with cooking utensils & pots and pans. There are also multiple BBQ gas grills that are shared with other units at Cape Roc, along with a shared outside dining patio for tenants to use.

4 Cape May City beach tags, 1 beach umbrella, and 2 beach chairs are available for tenants to use with care and please leave as found for the next tenants arrival.. There is on-site parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot. Any additional cars can park overnight in the non-metered street parking spots.

Tenants to bring all blankets, sheets, bath towels, and linens as they are not provided. Beds and pillows at property are covered with protective covers. Cape Rocs heated inground pool is typically opened Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekends and this units rental pricing reflects that availability.
