Across the home's three levels, you will find four-and-a-half well-appointed bathrooms (two full baths on the second floor and one full bath on the third floor), three of which boast luxurious rain-head showers.

The home offers expansive sleeping arrangements across its upper floors. The second floor features four bedrooms, including three spacious rooms each outfitted with a King bed, and a fourth bedroom offering two Twin XL beds. To make your vacation effortless, the homeowner provides a complimentary beach cabana through Steger Beach Services. While the owner tries to secure placement near the Jefferson Street beach, the final location is left to Stegers discretion. Additionally, you will find two beach umbrellas and eight beach chairs at the house ready for your use during your stay. Please note that blankets and linens are not provided; guests must bring their own or arrange for a local rental. Finally, to help preserve this beautiful historic property, the burning of candles is strictly prohibited.
