The kitchen then opens to a formal dining area with a table large enough to seat 18 people. The first floor also offers a living room with a fireplace that opens up to an enclosed porch, a family room with a fireplace that leads to the outdoor pool area, a wet bar with a wine and drink chiller, powder room, laundry room with iron and ironing board and one master bedroom suite with bathroom and walk in closet. The second and third floors of the home offer 2 additional master suites with bathrooms (one with a tub) and walk in closets along with 4 more bedrooms and 2 extra bathrooms. Flat screen TV's located in each bedroom and in the family room, high speed internet with Wi-Fi throughout the house, hair dryers in all bathrooms, full-length mirrors in all master bedrooms and fans throughout the home. Less than 7 night rental, a $895 cleaning/linen fee will be added after booking.

7 Night Rentals will have a $495 Cleaning/Linen Fee added after booking.

Additional fee of $250 for pool to be heated to 82 degrees. Please let us know if you would like to add this on.

As of March, 2024 all new reservations will have an additional $495 fee which will include linens. This will include the beds made with fresh linens and bath and beach towels included.
