In addition to rent there is a $400 Security Deposit, $50 Processing Fee to Coastline Realty and a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee for a full week rental is $225. The cleaning fee for anything less than 7 nights is $180. If you are booking online for a rental less than 7 nights we will adjust your reservation to reflect the lower cleaning fee. This will happen after the booking process. You will see two cleaning fees, this WILL be adjusted before we send a lease to you Depending on how many nights you are renting.
