This immaculate, one story home features a large open living space with living room, dining room and kitchen (like new) combinedperfect for those family gatherings. There are three spacious bedrooms and two modern baths. The master bedroom also has a master bath and one of the guest rooms also has access to the hall bathroom from the bedroom. In addition there is a separate laundry room for your convenience.
From the Owners for 2020 Season: In order to protect our guests, we have asked Linen Ladies to provide blankets and pillow protectors for each tenant.
Linen Ladies, will deliver those items to our front door in a bag marked with tenants name on the day of arrival and will ask the tenant to return the same items to the bag and leave it outside of our door on the day of departure.
Our cleaning lady has been instructed to clean and sanitize the house before the arrival of each guest including sanitizing high touch items like knobs, switches, and remotes. Interior waste and recycling cans as well as patio furniture will be cleaned and sanitized.
We hope that this information will ease some of the concerns our guests may have..
