The 3rd level has a 3rd bedroom and bath and the Master Suite with sitting area, huge closet and a gorgeous marble bathroom. The complex features a heated pool with an enclosed shower, exercise room, BBQ grills with tables and chairs for carefree eating in the evening. Beach tags and chairs are available but not guaranteed. 2 homes from the beachfront it is an easy walk to the promenade/beach also close to many restaurants and the Washington Street Mall.
