Our large three-story house has 16 bedrooms to sleep up to a maximum of 25 people. There is a large first level combo family room/sleeping area. Perfect for families with small children, teens or those who cant easily climb stairs sleeps 5 1 Queen bed and 3 twins) The second and third floors offer: Two adjoining bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each (1 room with a private bath and soaking Tub), 5 rooms with Double beds, 6 rooms with Single beds and 2 rooms with 2 Single beds in each. We have 5-1/2 baths plus an enclosed H/C outdoor shower. 4 TVs (3 in bedrooms) Washer/Dryer, off-street Parking for 6 cars, Expanded Cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
The aromas from the kitchen tantalizingly waft throughout the house! Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a professional 5 burner gas stove and 2 refrigerators for preparing your own special something. Our dining room accommodates everyone at one seating.
We have been told that our screened porch is the largest private screened porch in Cape May at approximately 450 square feet. Did we mention that our porch is screened? It is fully furnished and comfortably seats 20. The un-screened part of the porch is approximately 300 square feet for additional enjoyment. Just 240 feet walk to the Beach!
