Welcome to 309 E. 20th Ave, unit 101, located in North Wildwood, NJ, 08260. A beautiful old shore home that was reconfigured into a four unit condo and is situated on a wide, quiet street. This rental unit comes with two on-site parking spots specifically designated for unit 101. Our street is also designated as meter free parking.

Upon entering the unit, you'll find a sun drenched living room and spacious eat-in kitchen. This pristine unit features two (2) generous sized bedrooms and one (1) center hall bathroom complete with washer and dryer.

Continuing down the hallway to the rear end of the unit, you'll find the backdoor leading to a spacious deck overlooking the inground pool complete with your own private deck area where you can enjoy your morning coffee, lunch by the pool, or evening dinners.

Our ground floor storage unit is equipped with a beach umbrella and two beach chairs for quick access and easy walks to the beach. We also provide two 26" bikes for riding the boards so you can avoid the costly rental fees charged at the bike rental shops. The storage unit sits directly next to our two parking spots and is clearly marked 101 on the door. There's also a newly installed outdoor shower to use when returning from the beach.

The master bedroom has a new memory foam "queen size" mattress.

Second bedroom has a new memory foam" full size" mattress along with a top bunk "twin size" memory foam mattress.

The pullout couch in the living room will sleep an additional two people and comes with a new "queen size" memory foam mattress.

You must provide your own linens and towels, SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED.

We do provide general cleaning supplies in the utility closet should you need to clean any spills and such.

No smoking or vaping of any substance on the condo property.

This rental unit is situated in a family oriented condo, so absolutely no parties or rentals for senior week. For this reason, we strictly rent to adults over 25 years old. Sorry, no pets due to condo rules.

Before we became owners of this condo, we had vacationed many summers in the Wildwoods. During our family vacation week renting other peoples' units, we learned many things that make for a pleasant rental experience. First and foremost to us is the cleanliness of the unit, followed closely is easy proximity to the beach and boardwalk, and of course the price of the rental must fit the bill! Our rental unit won't disappoint on those terms.
