Stocked kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for your own items. Newly installed central air. 1 off street parking space included. There is open street parking (no permit required) for additional vehicles. This is a residential area with free parking available on all of the surrounding streets.

First floor features enclosed front porch, living room, eat-in kitchen that leads into laundry/mud room and half bathroom. 2nd floor features newly refinished hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each room) and 1 full bathroom. Private back patio with patio table, chairs and gas grill.

Our property includes a front house and 3 rear apartments. This listing is specifically for the front house. The apartments are in separate buildings in the back of the property, not attached to the front house. Outdoor seating areas and grills are not shared.

Kitchen essentials, cleaning products, light comforters, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors and 4 beach badges will be provided. Wi-fi included. There is 1 smart TV in the house. Guests may log into whichever streaming services they have accounts with. There is no basic cable.

Guests are responsible for sheets and towels. We provide bath mats, hand towels and kitchen towels. Please inquire about sheets and towels if you are not able to bring your own and/or are traveling from out of state.

Pets will be considered for an additional $150 fee.

This is a family house and not for partying. For "groups of friends," there is a strict age requirement of 26 years old for ALL guests in the group (prior to booking we will check IDs for all guests for age verification.) Age requirement does not apply to families.

Check in/check out on Saturdays is not required but preferred if possible. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am.
