Three-night minimum Memorial Day weekend and all weeks in June.

Full weeks for the summer (July and August), a three-night minimum in September, and a two-night minimum in the fall, spring, and winter.

Multiple nearby playgrounds, tennis courts, pickleball, and basketball courts are within walking distance. Bike rentals are 1 block away. A nearby gazebo, Crest Pier, and Centennial Park also offer evening entertainment. There are several miniature golf courses close by.
