-The garage includes a Weber gas grill to wheel outside and use at your convenience as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a Tommy Bahama beach cart to haul beach necessities!
-Self Check in Instructions to access keys will be provided to Guests the morning of arrival.
-Suggestions to bring: beach and bath towels, toiletries, laundry detergent, additional paper products, ice.

Stay is subject to Lease terms - up front rules to know about prior to booking:
-Weekly rentals only in July and August - Saturday to Saturday.
-Owner will consider 4 night minimum requests during June & September

-Over 25 or families only - No Senior week guests, No prom weekend guests. Minors must be supervised.
-No pets & No smoking. Security deposit will not be returned to address evidence of pets or smoking.
