Casa di Amici (House of Friends)is a thoughtfully appointed center hall Colonial home featuring 7-bedrooms, bathrooms, 5,500 square feet on a large acre lot in Cape May Courthouse, NJ (not to be mistaken with Cape May, NJ which is located 15 minutes from la casa).

NOTE: We are located 15 minutes from Cape May and 10 minutes from Wildwood, NJ.

This spacious eco-friendly home is located on one acre property, is fully fenced for ultimate privacy. Casa di Amici Courthouse is great for multi-families or friend groups, comfortably accommodating 24 total guests (including children). And up to one furry family member under 50 lbs. Additional dogs considered with owner/management approval.

Freshly renovated by co-owner and resident designer Cherry Home Designs LLC, the interior design is updated to embody Boho Glam decor inspired by the majestic animals at the award-winning Cape May Zoo. This unique home features, one-of-a-kind art and furniture. Its as if you stepped into an after reveal on your favorite HGTV show! Plus we thought of every amenity you'll need for a casa away from home. This house is a vacation in itself.

La casa has a large family room with custom bar that looks out onto the pool/spa and includes a gas burning fireplace, a large kitchen with double oven, two dining rooms, yoga & meditation room, one bedroom and powder room on the 1st level, plus 4 bedrooms and three full baths on the 2nd level.

The fully finished basement, or as we call it the Monkey Lounge, features two bedrooms, one full bath, media room and game room.

Once you open the door to the the Backyard Oasis youll be transported to a high-end boutique hotel with our large, 18' x 40' in-ground pool with built in spa, a large deck with comfy outdoor furniture, a gas bbq grill, gas-powered fire pit and dining and lounge areas; not to mention the poolside zero gravity lounge chairs.

We are also proud that la casa is powered by solar panels to minimize our carbon footprint plus features surround sound speakers throughout the entire home (all three levels). All you have to do is pack your bags and join us at la casa as we provide soft and comfy linens, beach and bath towels for each guest suite.

Our interior designer and furniture artist, Cherry Home Designs LLC, partnered with artists to create a truly unique Bohemian (BOHO Glam) experience that will stimulate your senses.

Resort-style Backyard Oasis
Casa di Amici5 features a private resort-style outdoor oasis. The star of the show is the in-ground heated pool, spa tub for up to six people, dining and lounge areas, and two outdoor showers.

It is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art gas BBQ and outdoor prep area, gas fire pit, magical Edison lighting for those starlit summer nights, and stocked two car garage with all beach accessories you will need during your stay, including: refrigerator, beach towels, pool floats, beach carts, beach chairs, umbrella's, and beach bags to carry all your stuff!

NOTE: Due to the seasonal nature of the East Coast, the Pool is open mid-May through end of September. The outdoor spa will be available year-round.

Premier Off-Shore Location with Easy Access to Beaches, Wineries, Golf, the Zoo and much more!
The house is located just a mile from the center of Cape May Court House, making grocery shopping and getting to great local restaurants easy. It is less than 5 miles to Avalon beach, 6 miles to the beach and downtown Stone Harbor, and half mile to the Garden State Parkway, giving easy access to surrounding towns and beaches.

We offer guests 12 seasonal beach passes for use during your vacation (children under 12 are free). The passes give access at both Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches. All public parking in Avalon is FREE! There is metered parking in Stone Harbor. Casa di Amici 5 is located 12 miles to the heart of Cape May, 20 miles to Ocean City and 30 miles (or 32 minutes) from the Atlantic City International airport.

Near our Cape May Courthouse casa is the award-winning Cape May Zoo which provides free year-round admission to a collection of more than 550 animals representing 250 species in 85 acres of exhibits.

If golf is your thing, there are five (5) premiere golf courses that are a quick ride from la casa! The Laguna Oaks Golf course, the Shore Club, Stone Harbor Golf Club, Avalon Golf Club, and Union League National Golf club.

Lets not forget the wineries and breweries!!! Jessie Creek Winery and Natali Vineyards are located in Cape May Courthouse as is the Buckethead Brigade Brewery. Plus the incredible Cape May County wineries and breweries within 10-15 minutes of Casa di Amici 5. Including, but not limited to; Willow Creek Winery & Farm, the award winning Cape May winery, Hawk Haven Winery, and many more!

Adventure seekers will find six (6) bike and hiking trails within Cape May Courthouse including: Lizard Tail Swamp Yellow Loop Trail, Lizard Tail Swamp Blue Trail, Woodcock trail, Songbird Trail, Cape May Loop and Hartman Locks Trail.

In a quick 10 minute car ride you can join the fun in Wildwood where the beaches are FREE (parking is metered or there are parking lots for a nominal daily rate). There is so much to do, like visiting the Wildwood boardwalk, head over to the Amusement parks (Adventure Pier) and waterparks (Splash Zone, Ocean Oasis), the Seaport Aquarium, Surfside Pier, and Morey's Pier and Beachfront Park.

Cape May is only a 15-minute drive if you choose to get away for the day! You can visit Cold Spring Village, WWII Lookout Tower, Cape May Lighthouse, Cape May Point State Park, and Cape May County Park and Zoo.

And if that's not enough, there are tons of activities offshore like Silver Bullet Tours, Ocean Wave runners, Canal Side Boat rental, Pier 47 Marina, Atlantic Divers, and Sea Gear.

-Check-in is at 4PM on your date of arrival
-Check-out is 10AM on your date of departure
-NO late check out during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
-Minimum of 6-night during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
-Off-peak, minimum of 3-night stay (September May)
-Casa di Amici is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay to meet COVID-19 requirements
-Guests are responsible for bringing garbage and recycling bins to the curb and returning them to the side yard. Schedule is as follows:
-Recycling and garbage removal takes place Tuesdays and Fridays (garbage only) during Peak Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
-Off peak, Tuesdays is garbage and recycling removal
-Due to the residential nature of the neighborhood, the town of Wildwood enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. If we receive a fine during your stay, the cost of the penalty will be deducted from your security deposit.
-Towels and bed linens are available in each room. We ask that all guests strip the beds and place sheets and used towels in the laundry room upon check out.

NOTE: Your safety is paramount, therefore Casa di Amici is outfitted with exterior cameras, security systems, unique guest codes, and Ring doorbells. There are no cameras inside our home to ensure your privacy.
