Welcome to our Beachside Oasis! Located just steps from the beautiful North Wildwood beach and famous Wildwood boardwalk! This end-unit condo offers lots of natural sunlight and has 4 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, and fully equipped, upgraded kitchen featuring granite counter tops and newer stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher and microwave - spring 2023). Additional amenities include: newer central A/C unit (summer 2022), newer in-unit full-size washer and dryer (spring 2023), high speed internet, 5 flat-screen HD Smart TVs with streaming services (YouTubeTV and Disney+), spacious living and dining areas, as well as a separate in-law-suite area complete with a kitchenette and full bath. Two parking spaces are included with this rental (one in a shared covered garage and the other in a shared driveway).

Start your day with coffee on the front deck, listening to the sounds of the crashing waves while taking in your beautiful beach and ocean views. Rent a surrey or ride your bikes along the two and a half mile boardwalk, people-watching along the way. Take a stroll along the Seawall and collect shells to take home as souvenirs. Spend a fun-filled day at one of three waterparks or maybe just relax and take a nap on the beach. To help prepare for your day at the beach, a cooler, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart as well as an assortment of sand toys are provided. For families with small children, a pack 'n play, high chair, 2 booster seats, plastic plates/bowls and a wagon for use on the boardwalk are supplied. After a day at the beach, rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower located at the pool house and spend some time in our heated pool and hot tub. Relax and read a book on the rear deck off the master bedroom before heading to the famous Wildwood boardwalk for an evening of family fun. Take advantage of all the various events happening in the Wildwoods, from free concerts under the stars, family-friendly movies on the beach, live music and entertainment from the areas many restaurants and bars, including Seaport Pier just a short two block walk. Before ending the night, be sure to stop next door at Hassles for a game of miniature golf and an ice cream sundae. End your vacation memories with the spectacular Friday night firework display viewed anywhere along the boardwalk.

In-Law-Suite: Queen bed, 55" smart TV, kitchenette and recently remodeled full bath. Sofa with full sleeper and oversized-chair.

In-Law-Bath: floor to ceiling tiled shower with shower seat and hair dryer provided.
Laundry Room: full-sized washer and dryer, iron and board, drying rack and vacuum.
