Enjoy our private back deck through back sliders in master bedroom.

We are so excited to open our home to you! Our living room includes a large sectional, ottomon, flat screen TV & WIFI. Enjoy yourself relaxing on our sectional while looking out into the ocean. Our kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, including new backsplash, brand new island and kitchen table with 6 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen will include Full size coffee maker, full size stove and oven, brand new blender, full size fridge with ice maker, private washer & dryer in unit, full size microwave, full size dishwasher, crockpot, dishes, drinking glasses, wine/margarita glasses, & utensils. Every room will have new ceiling fans, brand new beds and mattresses. Decorated and furnished with all coastal vibes. Brand new outdoor Pollywood table and chairs supplied on private porch.

Our Penthouse is wheelchair friendly! Elevator in building. No need to move your car during your stay with us! Our Penthouse includes a large, heated pool, and heated kiddie pool! 2 parking spaces are included with penthouse.

Our condo comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. No pets. Must be 25 and older to rent.
No added cleaning or service fees!
Rentals are Saturday-Saturday in prime-time summer with a minimum of 7 days. Off-season days are flexible.
