Great for extended families. Outdoor space is fully fenced in with seating on upper deck and lower patio.
Linens, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, etc are not provided.
Quiet block short 2 & 1/2 block walk to Wildwood beach/boardwalk and Moreys Surfside Pier. Great local bars and stores nearby for plenty of entertainment.
Park your car and walk to everything. Free on-street parking and some meter parking in the surrounding area on a first come first served. (4) parking passes will be provided for guest use at all street metered parking spots West of Atlantic Avenue (not on Atlantic Ave.) to New Jersey Avenue in the City of Wildwood which covers the south side of 26th Street to the North Side of Cresse Avenue only. The other sides are covered by North Wildwood or Wildwood Crest, respectively. ***Parking passes allow you to park at on-street meter parking for free***
**Guest will ensure all (4) parking passes are left upon checkout. Guest will be charged for any missing passes at a cost of $250 each. **
-Smoking is prohibited - all types
-Must be at least 25 years old to rent and sign lease.
-Guest Rental agreement form(s) must be filled out and signed in order to confirm booking
- Photo ID required with signed lease; dates for requested stay will not be honored without a signed lease and deposit
- Pet friendly with $100 fee [fee waived for weekly rentals!] (well-behaved and house trained dogs only, max 2) No cats allowed
- Additional fees include security deposit (refundable within 2 weeks provided there are no major damages)
- Payment via Venmo, PayPal or credit card preferred; personal checks accepted on a case-by-case basis
-NO excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Be mindful of noise from 11 PM - 8 AM.
-If staying on trash and/or recycling days guest must place trash on the curb for pickup.
-Locked Areas: Guest will not be provided a key for homeowners personal storage closets and outdoor shed. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of rental agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and guest will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.
-Falsified Bookings: If your booking was made under false pretense, including, but not limited to, a falsified name, age or size of party, you will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
-Security Deposit: IF YOU ARE RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD AND TREAT IT WITH CARE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE CHARGED! If our home appears dirty or damaged upon check-in, please inform us immediately. If there are damages to the property/furnishings, missing household items or theft, dirt/mess requiring excessive cleaning you will be charged. Homeowner may use all or part of the security deposit to repair any damage caused by guest. Should the damage amount or fines exceed the amount of the deposit, guest remains liable for the balance.
-Guest agrees to immediately notify the homeowner of any maintenance problem, so the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.
-Homeowner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which homeowner has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, construction, closed amenities, mechanical failure such as appliances, TVs, etc. We will do our best to correct any issues that arise, however, no refunds will be given for occurrences beyond our control.
-Use of Exterior Security Camera and Indoor/Outdoor Noise Monitoring: Guest understands and accepts that the property is protected with outside security camera and inside/outside NoiseAware sensors. Camera and noise sensors are used to protect the property from damage and fines due to parties by monitoring for excessive people and sound levels. There are NO cameras inside the house. Sensors do not record audio, they only monitor decibel levels and report if noise is detected over the threshold limits. No tampering with equipment.
