Family friendly Cape May home owned now by second and third generation members of the family. We have recently renovated the house, in a friendly family oriented neighborhood, where we spent many, many happy summers, falls and winter weekends and now we invite you to enjoy it too. Six blocks back from Beach Avenue (and ocean), the beautiful sunrises are waiting for you. Easy walk to the beach if you want to go all day or later in the afternoon (our favorite time) - we have beach chairs and umbrellas, and a beach caddy to make your packing even easier. House sleeps six: 2 bedrooms (1 king room with an adjustable bed, 2 twins in another) and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. New ceiling fans , ocean breeze and new wall AC in living room will keep you cool. New blinds offering a darkening room effect will help you sleep. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances.

September and October is perfect for birders who enjoy the migratory patterns and birding.

During off-season: perfect for Coast Guard Graduation weekends (right down the road).

Nov and December is the perfect time to enjoy Victorian Christmas tours and sights.

To add an extra twist, we have created an Escape Room Adventure for those willing to try (and a number of families have and enjoyed it - some solving and some not!)-- and unlike the traditional one hour escape room experiences, you have the whole time to solve with the bonus of a a prize at the end!

There is a large side and backyard for playing games or just relaxing, and we have four "yard games" available for use in the garage. There are also family oriented board games and cards inside.

Bath towels and linens are provided, and a washing machine inside (clotheline outside, but no dryer at this time). There is a laundromat 1 mile away. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach also includes a dressing area (my father build the enclosure years ago). Beach tags also provided.

My family grew up going to the shore and settled in Cape May in 1974 when my parents bought this house. Now my niece, nephew and I welcome you to enjoy our family home that we have just finished remodeling.
