- Bedroom 5: 1 Twin Bed with Twin Trundle (Can't come out due to placement) and 1 Queen Bed
- Bedroom 6: 1 Twin Bed with Twin Trundle and 1 Queen Bed

Basement:

- Newly added Game Room with foosball table, air hockey table, and arcades.

14 Jenkinson and 4 Bradshaw Beach Passes are also included.

Upscale Butler Service also available upon request, subject to availability.

The Primary renter must be 25 or older. We unfortunately do not offer our home for events, bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings or other large groups and events.
