Payment is accepted with check, Venmo or Paypal. A 3% transaction fee is charged if payment is made using a credit card on Paypal or Venmo; no transaction fee for payments made using a bank account. A $750 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your desired week. A rental agreement will need to be signed and returned within 5 days of booking, along with a deposit in the amount of half of the rental fee. If the rental agreement and deposit are not received within 5 days, your requested week will be freed up.

Sorry, we prefer no single group rentals under the age of 25. Absolutely no proms groups or senior student rentals. This is a vacation rental property to be used for family type vacations. NO smoking and NO pets are allowed. No groups; adults and families only.
