The spacious family room on the 1st level has a gas fireplace, TV, 2 sofa's with one queen sleeper, 3 accent chairs, and a work bar with 3 stools, a USB port and power outlets where you can work or play games. A foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole and ax throwing games, 7 bicycles, beach toys and essentials (12+ beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, 2 beach carts) are in the garage for your enjoyment! Grill, eat and relax on the back deck off the family room. There's plenty of space to enjoy outdoor games in the backyard and side yard. One car can park in the garage and one car can park in the driveway. WiFi is included.
The second level has an open kitchen fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Off the kitchen are a full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed, and an adjacent covered patio where you can enjoy the ocean breeze!
The upstairs is a split level. On the 3rd level is the Primary (Master) Bedroom with king bed and full sleeper sofa and private ensuite bathroom. A few steps up to the 4th level is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a full bathroom and two more bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has 4 beds including two bunk beds (two twins/two fulls), and Bedroom #1 has 2 beds including one queen and one twin sleeper sofa. Relax and enjoy plenty of sunshine and the ocean breeze and view on the balcony adjacent to this bedroom! All bedrooms have TV's.

Distance to the beach: 3 & 1/2 blocks - you can easily come back from the beach for lunch or bathroom breaks!

Close to parks, shops, the library and eateries including Barry's Buns, PrimoHoagies, Brandon's Pancake House & Ice Cream Parlor, Diary Delight, The Jelly Fish Cafe, El Alebrije Mexican Food, Clipper Dipper, Crusader Coffee Shop and Lizzys Ice Cream.

Check in is contactless with keyless entry. Digital locks and thermostat for ease and safety. Unique codes for each guest are changed after each stay. Ring/Blink security cameras are outside the home for guest and owner safety.
