The 1st floor features a large open floorpan with (2) living rooms, a large eat in kitchen, a powder room, a laundry room and a Master Bedroom Queen Suite with its own private full bathroom. The 1st floor also features a rear deck that leads to a nice sized backyard perfect for family BBQ's and games. The front covered porch is always a nice area to breakaway and enjoy a book. The exterior shower is perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. There will be no access to the garage but a small storage shed will be provided for beach chairs and other small personal items.

The 2nd floor features a large living room, 4 Bedrooms, a full Bathroom and 2 large decks. There are 2 Full Beds, 1 Queen Bed and the 4th Bedroom has a full/twin/twin (bunkbed set w/ trundle). The rear deck offers one of the the best seats on the island to enjoy the Friday Night Fireworks display.

There is off street parking for (1) vehicle, and there generally isn't a problem getting parking on the street.

We have provided pictures of the property so that you can get an idea of the layout and accommodations. We are currently working on some improvements including painting the entire interior of the house, replacing both the 1st and second floor HVAC systems. We replaced the furniture in the rear 1st floor living area with a large sectional sofa and a large 65 flat screen SMART TV. (See updated pictures). We also added a large 55 flat screen SMART TV to the 2nd floor living room. The house will include CATV and Wifi.

This property will only be rented to families. Multiple families are welcomed. NO SENIOR WEEK OR PROM RENTALS.

Deposit Amount Required: 1/2 at time of booking
Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks notice for cancellations - full refund. Less than 2 weeks lose deposit.
Additional Notes: There will be a Security Deposit that will be fully refundable if the property is left in satisfactory condition
