There will be no access to the garage but a small storage shed will be provided for beach chairs and other small personal items.
The 2nd floor features a large living room, 4 Bedrooms, a full Bathroom and 2 large decks. There are 2 Full Beds, 1 Queen Bed and the 4th Bedroom has a full/twin/twin (bunkbed set w/ trundle). The rear deck offers one of the the best seats on the island to enjoy the Friday Night Fireworks display.
There is off street parking for (2) vehicles, and there generally isn't a problem getting parking on the street.
The 1st Floor Living Room has a 65" SMART TV and the 2nd Floor Living Room has a 55" SMART TV. Free WiFi and CATV are provided. We recently painted the entire interior of the house, installed all new kitchen appliances, replaced the kitchen table and counter stools and refinished the bathroom vanities. New for the summer of 2024 is an extended driveway with 1 additional off street parking spot and all (3) decks have been refinished.
This property will only be rented to families. Multiple families are welcomed. NO SENIOR WEEK OR PROM RENTALS.

Cancellation Policy: 4 weeks notice for cancellations - full refund. Less than 4 weeks lose deposit if we are unable to rent.
