House amenities include 5 en suite bedrooms (4 Kings, 1 Queen) all with sliders to furnished decks, plus 2 additional bedrooms! Ginormous first floor Great/Game room with wet bar, beverage fridge, 70 inch smart TV, seating for 12, commercial quality arcade game center, professional style foosball table. Additional puzzles and games available for the entire family are supplied. The next 2 floors include 7 bedrooms (all with TVs) and 6 bathrooms plus a laundry room. The totally amazing top floor is an open space living room, chef's kitchen, and dining room all of which are accented by a vaulted ceiling featuring stunning beams and lighted cupola. Two additional wall mounted, large screen smart TVs provide the ability to keep up with the latest happenings from anywhere on this floor, plus from decks off the living and dining rooms with 12 foot sliders allowing ocean breezes to permeate the space. We all know that kitchens seem to draw a crowd when entertaining and with that in mind we incorporated a 13 foot island which seats 8. The dining table seats 10 more, and the living room another 5. And don't miss the coffee/adult beverage bar in the living room with wine/beverage fridge, etc. Both top floor decks are fully furnished and seat 14. The deck off the dining area has a Huge Weber natural gas grill for your barbequing pleasure.
So 5 fully furnished decks, plus one furnished front porch, 3 of which have ocean views and magnificent access to the lights of Ocean City during the evening hours.
A powder room is also available on top floor. The house is serviced by both a 4 stop elevator, plus a custom wooden staircase for those that want to get their steps in.
In the garage you will find 2 beach carts, 10+ beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a huge beach Yeti. A bonus garage fridge allows you to keep cold beverages and snacks that may join you on the beach. Only those 12 and over require beach tags and you will find those on the kitchen island.
For your convenience, the house is fully stocked with paper towels, toilet tissue, Softsoap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper goods, and a couple of cases of ice cold water to get you started. If you prefer to rent linens as opposed to bringing your own, SJ Linen Company can help you with that and is close by.
You will find a Helpful Hints binder on the kitchen island which will provide useful hints about the house and the Ocean City area in general. Please take a few minutes to look through it after you arrive. We also offer a walk thru with owner at check-in to further explain how everything works.
