This home has been rented by groups of family and friends for milestone life events like birthday parties, Thanksgiving, Halloween celebrations, family reunions, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, even a co-worker weekend getaway! Historic Home in the Heart of Wildwood
Casa di Amici (House of Friends)is a beautifully appointed historic, charming Victorian home featuring 8-bedrooms, 4-full bathrooms, 4,200 square feet on a large 100 x120 lot in Wildwood, NJ.

This rare Victorian 19th century Second Empire home is a spectacular, one-of-a-kind property! The original house was built in 1890 for The Titus Family of Pennsylvania and was known as The Woodlawn. Later, the quaint mansard cottage expanded into a grand estate with a pointed tower, neoclassical bracketing, and bay windows.

Modern & Thoughtfully Designed Entertaining Spaces for Large Gatherings
The home is updated with all the modern amenities, including a large open kitchen with two ovens, dishwasher, two sinks, wine refrigerator, two large living areas with fireplaces for cool nights, and eight spacious bedrooms for the entire clan. The master bedroom is a spectacular space equipped with a skylight, and spa master bathroom with a steam shower.

This home can host up to 24 total guests comfortably and features luxury bamboo linens, memory foam bedding, and signature scents that will instantly transport you away from your daily stresses. Inspired by our favorite beaches around the world, we partnered with local artists from furniture designers to painters, to create a truly unique interior design experience that will titillate all your senses.

Resort-style Backyard Oasis
Casa di Amici features a resort-style outdoor oasis. The star of the show is the in-ground heated pool with waterfall, hot tub for up to six people, dining and lounge areas, and two outdoor showers. It is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art BBQ and outdoor prep area, fire pit, custom bar, poolside flat screen TV, magical Edison lighting for those starlit summer nights, and stocked love shack with all beach accessories you will need during your stay, including: outdoor refrigerator, microwave, beach towels, pool floats, beach carts, beach chairs, umbrella's, and beach bags to carry all your stuff!

Enjoy Upgraded Comforts in Your Home Away From Home
Every member of your family can stay connected (if they so choose!) with streaming TV and high-speed WiFi. Creature comforts include Amazon Echo 2nd gen speakers, central-air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, a security system and private entry code and washer/dryer.

1st floor (2-Living rooms, dining room, kitchen, 2-bedroom suites, 2-full bathrooms
Cozy Living Room: as you enter Casa di Amici, the living room is the beginning of your journey. It features a gas fireplace, 48" flat-screen TV, and cozy seating area with French doors to the backyard oasis.

Large Family Room: includes a floor-to-ceiling stone, 60" flat-screen TV, heated terra cotta floors, bar area equipped with glassware, 3-in-1 game table (pool, ping-pong and air hockey), and plenty of games and books to entertain every member of your crew.

Elegant Dining Room: comfortable seating for 12 people around our 8' dining table complete with wine bar and antique sideboard furnished with serving platters. The dining room effortlessly flows to the Living Room and Kitchen.

Chef's Kitchen: the heart of the home is outfitted with a center island featuring an gas cook-top, two ovens, two sinks (bar sink), wine refrigerator, dishwasher, a massive professional-grade refrigerator, cafe seating that seats six people, and a butler's pantry. We also have seating to accommodate 12 people.

The kitchen is stocked with a coffee bar, open shelving, dishware, glassware, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, and your basic seasoning needs. The kitchen overlooks the large family room so the chef of the family can be part of the memories made over a game of pool.

BEDROOMS
The Mermaid's Chair Suite(sleeps up to four):private bedroom located off the Living room styled with a Queen Bed, comfy daybed with twin mattress and pull-out trundle with an additional twin bed, and an en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Grace Bay Suite(sleeps up to five): perfect for families or framilies with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed with trundle and an en suite bathroom with a full-size bathtub and large single vanity. This suite is located off the family room and the full-size bathroom is shared with the main house.

2ND LEVEL BEDROOMS
2nd floor: 3-bedroom suites + sleep-in living room, 2-full bathrooms, and laundry room
The Honeymoon Bay Suite (sleeps up to four): a massive two-room dream master bedroom styled with a living room complete with sofa and memory foam queen bed, skylight, and desk area for your workcation. A decorative sliding barn door separates the living room from a large bedroom with a Queen sleigh bed, flat-screen TV, and a full spa bathroom en suite with double vanities, steam shower that connects to a walk-in shower with rain shower.

The Diamond Beach Suite(sleeps up to two):features a full size bed, work station with an antique desk in case you are doing a workcation or writing the next big novel, flat-screen TV plus this room has an en suite play area/bedroom (The Poodle Beach Suite) that connects through a lockable door.

The Poodle Beach Suite(sleeps one):multi-purpose room acts as both play area, hang out, and bedroom for the kids!Including a memory foam futon couch and twin daybed, and games to keep the kids occupied while you take a siesta.
The Tigertail Beach Suite(sleeps up to five): this dedicated kids room (or kid-like adults) comes with two bunk beds; a full-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin with trundle. It also features two bean bag chairs and a game table.

Full Bathroom: a large walk-in shower with single vanity that is shared by guests staying in the four upper level bedrooms. If this bathroom is occupied, steal some you time in the Master suite bathroom or the two first-floor bathrooms.

Laundry Room: features a washer, dryer, and laundry baskets.

3rd Floor aka The Tower (1-bedroom suite)
The Maratea Suite(sleeps up to two):inspired by the beaches of Maratea, Italy, this romantic bedroom features a queen-size bed, and hammock hanging chair. This private suite is the only room located on the 3rd level of Casa di Amici and has some of the best views in the house.

HOUSE RULES
We love our well behaved family fur babies, and allow one dog up to 50 lbs. Wildwood offers a great dog park and dog beach located between Maple Street and Glenwood Avenues off the boardwalk. Additional dogs may be considered upon owner approval.

No adult-renters under 25 years of age. In other words, no frat parties, prom or graduation getaways.

-Must be 25 years and older to rent
-NO Cats, or other animals of any kind
-NO smoking inside the home. There is a designated smoking area in the backyard oasis and on the front porch.
-Check-in is at 4PM on your date of arrival
-Check-out is 10AM on your date of departure
-NO late check out during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
-Minimum of 6-night during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
-Off-peak, minimum of 3-night stay (September May)
-Casa di Amici is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay to meet COVID-19 requirements
-Guests are responsible for bringing garbage and recycling bins to the curb and returning them to the side yard. Schedule is as follows:
-Recycling and garbage removal takes place Tuesdays and Fridays (garbage only) during Peak Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
-Off peak, Tuesdays is garbage and recycling removal
-Due to the residential nature of the neighborhood, the town of Wildwood enforces quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. If we receive a fine during your stay, the cost of the penalty will be deducted from your security deposit.
-Towels and bed linens are available in each room. We ask that all guests strip the beds and place sheets and used towels in the laundry room upon check out.

NOTE: Your safety is paramount, therefore Casa di Amici is outfitted with exterior cameras, security systems, unique guest codes, and Ring doorbells. There are no cameras inside our home to ensure your privacy.
