Welcome to our beach house! This condo is perfect for your vacation getaway! Located only 1 block to beach and boardwalk. This complex is centered between the two main amusement piers and plenty of eateries! New appliances in 2023.

The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8-10. Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs with Roku devices, Hulu Live TV, WiFi, central air, ceiling fans, private washer/dryer in unit. Relax and sit on the wrap-around deck (with plenty of chairs and side tables) to sip your morning coffee or enjoy the late night breeze. The enclosed garage has 2 designated parking spots for each unit (labeled). Additional metered street parking is available at renters expense.

Bedroom #1 (master) Queen bed with full on-suite bathroom. Room comes equipped with ceiling fan and Smart TV with Roku device. Hulu Live TV is provided. Other streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, etc. can be accessed using your own personal login information.

Bedroom #2 Queen bed. Room comes equipped with ceiling fan and Smart TV with Roku device. Hulu Live TV is provided. Other streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, etc. can be accessed using your own personal login information.

Bedroom #3 (4) twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds).

Pull out couch is available in the living room. Pillows and quilt blankets are provided for each bed. Linens and towels are to be brought by each guest.

Heated pool can be found in center of complex. Gas grills and hot/cold showers (labeled by unit) are provided outside in the rear of the complex. Storage closet can be found in the enclosed garage. Beach chairs, caddy, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided.

Notes:
This is a very family-oriented complex. Our condo rents only to mature adult groups over 25 years old and families. Unfortunately, we do not accept groups for prom or spring break. Any questions give us a call or email us.
