A fully stocked kitchen, leading to the private deck, features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine bar/refrigerator.
This two bedroom unit features a queen size bed in bedroom #1. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed along with pyramid bunk beds. The bathroom has vaulted ceilings, 2 skylights, and a ceramic tile shower. An apartment size washer/dryer and a full size coin operated washer/dryerare available on the premises from April - October. The living and kitchen areas have Brazilian hardwood floors, the bedrooms are carpeted, and the bathroom is tiled.

In addition to the private 3rd floor deck there is a common area deck on the second floor and a large common area facing the ocean on ground level to include -picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. Gas grills, and an outside shower are available for use during the peak season. A covered parking space is available for a smaller car along with street parking. The unit has WiFi connection and 3 TVs, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living area.

Bed linens and towels are not provided, however, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets are in the unit.

Refundable Security deposit of $300 is required with signing of lease.
