Living area features high vaulted ceilings, skylights and a ceiling fan. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine bar/refrigerator with sliding doors to the private deck. Two bedrooms include 2 queen size beds, and a bunk bed with twin and full size mattresses sofa bed in living area adds more sleeping space, if needed. The bathroom features vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a ceramic tile shower. Washer and dryer are in the unit as well as coin operated appliances on the premises. The living and kitchen areas are Brazilian hardwood, the bedrooms are carpeted, and the bathroom is tiled.

In addition to the private 3rd floor private deck there is a common area deck on the second floor and a large common area facing the ocean on ground level which has picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, gas grills, and an outside shower available for your use during the peak season. 6 beach tags will be provided. A covered parking space is available for a smaller car along with street parking. Unit has WiFi connection and 3 TVs, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living area.

Following COVID protocol, we have a cleaner for anti-viral cleaning who uses multiple disinfectants to sanitize. Bed linens and towels are not provided.

Refundable Security deposit of $300 is required with signing of lease.

Pets and smoking are prohibited on the condo property.
