ALL BEDROOMS have a luggage rack and the beds have a mattress cover and include a comforter. We will not be providing bath or beach towels, or linens for the beds. In addition to the LARGE PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK (with LED lights surrounding the private deck) and the veranda on the main level, there is also a very large "common area" rooftop deck with views of the Ocean, the Bay and North Wildwood. Watch the Friday night fireworks (in season) or enjoy drinks with the family on this spacious rooftop deck.

There is a FULL SIZE Washer/Dryer laundry room on the second level. An outdoor shower in the back of the building and storage in the semi-private garage, which holds a car inside and two cars on the driveway. Beach chairs, two umbrellas, a cooler and a wheel cart are located in the garage.

GUEST ACCESS...
Enter through you own private entrance with a keyless pad. You will have full access throughout the condo and the garage area. There is also a second entrance through the back door, which leads to the outdoor shower in the back of the building.

OFF-STREET PARKING: Semi-private garage on premises holds up to three vehicles (one garage/two driveway)

We provide a Welcome Guest Guidebook that details instructions on various aspects of the condo, how to use the television remotes, where things are located, places to eat, local attractions, nearby golf courses, etc.
