There is a front porch and front yard so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee, the ocean breeze, and bask in the sun. The separate 2nd floor unit has a fully equipped and stocked eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room with pull-out couch, full bathroom with heated towel rack, and 1 bedroom. There are 2 smart flat screen TVs with Hulu live in the unit. The upper unit has a private balcony with new wicker furniture and table perfect for reading a book or enjoying a board game while sitting outside and enjoying the sites and sounds of summer coupled with the ocean breeze. Each unit has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the kitchen. This unique rental offers the opportunity to enjoy vacationing together with the ability to have privacy and accommodations for multiple families at the same time. The property has central air and high-speed internet. There is an outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. There are smart locks on each of the front doors which allows guests to enter a code for easy access without the hassle of having to bring keys back and forth to the beach.

This property is close to both the beach/boardwalk and the bay so there are plenty of fun excursions and activities to enjoy within walking distance. The house is situated in between of the bay and the beach and is a 7 minute walk/2 minute bike ride to both the beach and the bay. Walking distance to both totally tubular waterpark and also to the boardwalk. If you are headed to the beach there are beach tags, beach chairs and toys, and a beach buggy that are available for use. Take a pleasant short walk/bike ride to the bay to enjoy the sunset . The house is located within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants including browns (delicious donuts), express pizza and subs, and TJs ice cream.

This house is meticulously maintained, tastefully updated and cared for. Professional cleaning services are performed prior to all check-ins. The brand new furniture, appliances, and decor truly make guests feel comfortable throughout their vacation. There is a 1 car driveway and plenty of on-street parking available for guests.

-We accept Venmo and PayPal for payment, a 3% transaction fee is charged if payment is made using a credit card. No transaction fee for Venmo/Paypal payments made using a bank account. A $500 deposit is due at time of booking. A rental agreement will need to be signed and returned within 5 days of booking. If the rental agreement is not received within 5 days then your requested week will be freed up. Remaining balance and $500 security deposit are due 90 days prior to your arrival.

-Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, check-in 4pm and check-out 10am.

- Due to additional precautions in place from COVID-19 no bed or bath linens will be provided at the property.

-We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 and we do not rent to senior week, prom, or school groups.

-No smoking/vaping inside the home or on the premises.
