"Little Guppies" - Perfect for the children! Bunk beds with trundle. Upper bunk, lower full-size bed, bottom trundle single pull out. Flat screen TV, adjoining door to full bathroom with tub.

"Seagull Sanctuary" - Queen bed and flat screen TV.

Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. On-demand hot water heater.

THIRD FLOOR:
"Coral Seas" - Second Master Suite- Queen bed, private adjoining full bath with large, tiled shower and Flat screen TV.

The great room offers ocean views and an oversized furnished balcony. 65" TV, fireplace, sofa and love seat with recliners to give you the comfort you deserve while on vacation. 12 ft. vaulted ceilings in the great room, kitchen and dining room. The great room opens to the large kitchen with a 10-foot island with bar stools, perfect for entertaining in both rooms. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience. Conveniently located on this floor is the half bath.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

This is a luxury townhome. No single group rentals under age 25. Absolutely no prom groups or senior-week rentals. This is a vacation rental property to be used for family vacations. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity. To parents renting for their children, we will evict your children and NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.
