Our beach home is just blocks from the beach. It's a two family home. It features lots of living space, laundry/dishwasher in each unit, and a very large backyard. Cooking essentials are provided. The home was fully renovated during 2020. There are all new bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, lighting, paint, and more. The house is fully furnished and has smart TV's and the fastest WiFI offered from Verizon FiOS, no cable. The porch is incredible and each unit has their own side with table and chairs and ceiling fan to enjoy. The house has central AC. We also provide beach chairs and an umbrella for each unit.

Nearby D'Jais, Bar Anticipation, Marina Grille, Pier 9, and plenty of other places to eat. It's a close uber to neighboring shore towns such as Manasquan, Point Pleasant, and Sea Girt. We personally love running on the boardwalk in the morning to Avon and Bradley beach., and bringing our dog for sunset to the dog beach in Spring Lake on the southern border of Belmar. We provide a curated local guide with tons of tips and things to do.

Both units are street parking only.

Unit B - 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - they have separate entrances but are connected by a barn door, washer/dryer in unit, 2 beach badges included. 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 full pull out couch.

Shared between 2 units: porch, yard, grill

At this time we are accepting monthly inquiries only for 2023 season and will open up shorter minimums as we get closer to the season.

STRICT Min renter age 26 for friend groups (families excluded). We will collect photo identification of each member of the group and verify age of every person.

Dog friendly. Must disclose pets prior to renting.

Tenant provides linens (sheets + towels ). we provide blankets + pillows + mattress protectors + dish towels + bath mats. Should you desire sheets and towels, we recommend using Blue Cottage Linens.

We will provide a lease for each of us to sign along with the house rules.
