BRINGING A PET?

-$250 nonrefundable pet fee per dog/per stay (maximum of 2 dogs).

-Pre-approval is required please reach out before booking.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home. Self-check-in is available using a unique key code assigned exclusively for your stay. A few closets are locked and reserved for owner supplies.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
-Mobility Considerations: Please note that entry to the home requires climbing approximately 10 stairs to reach the main kitchen and living area. The lower level of the home also includes steps that may be challenging for some guests. If anyone in your group has mobility limitations, this home may not be the most comfortable option.
-Booking Requirement: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. After your reservation is accepted, youll receive a link to complete the agreement. It will request the full names and dates of birth of all guests, along with a copy of the booking guests governmentissued ID.
-AdultOnly Bookings (Guys/Girls Weekends): The booking guest must be 25+ with no negative past reviews. All guests must be 25+ or traveling with parents. We are unable to host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
-Property Notes: The fireplace is non-functioning and for decorative purposes only. A whole-home dehumidifier is located on the bottom floor and will run intermittently during your stay.
