BRINGING A PET?
- Well behaved, house & crate trained dogs are welcome.
- $250 non-refundable per pet/per stay fee (maximum of 2 dogs).
- Cats are not allowed at any time due to severe allergies.
- Please advise before booking Pre-Approval from host is needed.

OCCUPANCY & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- We don't host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
- Booking guest must be 25+ years old with no negative past reviews.
- For adult-only groups, all guests must be 25+ years old or traveling with parents.
- Parking is available for up to 3 cars (1 driveway, 2 street with provided permits).
- Home sleeps up to 12 guests. All beds will be shared and the sleeper sofa or the upper bunk beds will be used.
- To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
- Self check-in with a unique key code for the duration of your stay
- The front door to our home is up a flight of stairs (10 steps)
- If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, our home will not be a good fit. The Kitchen & main Family Gathering Area are located on the middle level which is up a full flight of stairs. And the bottom level of the home has steps that can be difficult to maneuver if you have any difficulty walking.

FIREPLACE
- Fireplace is non-functioning & for show only

DEHUMIDIFIER
- Whole home dehumidifier is located in the bottom floor kitchenette and will be running intermittently throughout your stay
