--Whole home dehumidifier is located in the bottom floor apartment and will be running throughout the warmer months
PETS
--Well behaved, house & crate trained dogs are welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee per stay - up to 2 dogs maximum
--Cats are not allowed at any time due to severe allergies
--PLEASE advise before booking Pre-Approval needed
CHILDREN
--Although our homes are child friendly they are not baby or child-proof
--For liability reasons we do not supply any baby furniture or equipment
--Please do not hesitate to bring any extra items you may need to make your stay easier
--Guests agree to use bunk beds and ladders at their own risk
--No children under 6 years old on the top bunk
--Property is on multiple floors with either a deck or balcony and is not baby or child-proof
--It is the responsibility of the Guest to care for and have oversight of babies and/or toddlers on or within the property at all times
SAFETY/SECURITY
--Outdoor Ring brand cameras are present around the perimeter of the house and record audio/video 24/7 of the exterior only
--By booking, you are consenting to video being recorded on the exterior of the property
--The cameras are mounted to the outside of the home and face outward only
--To protect guest privacy, there are no cameras inside the house
--Any tampering with, covering, or disconnecting cameras, without homeowner approval, will result in immediate eviction of your stay without a refund

HOUSE RULES

--Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM and strictly enforced by the local Ventnor City Police Department
--No unauthorized events, parties or large gatherings allowed
--The maximum property occupancy is 10 guests (including children)
--No unregistered guests, extra friends, or visitors during your stay without owners approval
--No smoking/vaping or illicit drug use anywhere in, on, or around the premises
--Cigarette Smoke Monitoring systems are installed throughout this property
--No loud music, yelling, urinating or vulgar behavior in any of the outside areas of the property
--Minut is a smart home noise monitoring device that measures volume levels throughout the property, is 100% privacy compliant, and is installed in this property
--Areas that are locked, such as Homeowners personal storage spaces, are off limits to the Guest
--It is Guests responsibility to immediately notify Homeowner of any issues that they incur or cause during their stay so that the repair and/or replacement may be promptly addressed
--Fireplace is non-functioning and for show only
--Regardless of age, Guests agree to use bunk beds and ladders at their own risk
--Maximum weight limit for top bunk is 175lbs
--NO PETS/ANIMALS allowed without Homeowner approval
