BEDROOMS:

-The upstairs primary suite is your private retreat, featuring a plush king bed and ensuite bathroom for peaceful, uninterrupted rest.
-A second upstairs bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with easy access to the hall bathroom, ideal for couples or solo guests.
-The upstairs bunk room is a favorite for kids and groups alike, with two sets of full-size bunk beds, perfect for late-night laughs and shared memories.
-Downstairs, a private queen bedroom creates a quiet escape with convenient access to a nearby full bathroom, great for guests who appreciate a bit more separation.
-Two sleeper sofas, one in each living area, provide additional sleeping flexibility for larger groups.

-With 3.5 bathrooms thoughtfully spread across all three levels, your group will have plenty of space to get ready with ease.
-The home includes an ensuite bathroom in the primary suite, a full hall bath upstairs with a tub/shower combo, a convenient half bath on the main floor, and another full bathroom downstairs, each fully stocked with organic body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and all essential toiletries.

KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS:
-The main floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a bright, open kitchen and dinette area fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers - perfect for easy mornings and shared meals.
-Two separate family rooms give your group room to spread out, perfect for movie nights, game time, or simply relaxing after the beach. With 7 Roku TVs, board games, a lending library, and even an 88-key digital piano, theres something for everyone to enjoy.
-For those balancing work and play, three dedicated workspaces and high-speed WiFi make staying connected simple.

OUTSIDE SPACE:
-Step out from the main floor onto the string-lit back deck and settle into relaxed beach living. Fire up the propane BBQ grill, gather around the table, and enjoy meals in the fresh coastal air.
-After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower (seasonal), then unwind as the evening sets in.

With parking for 3 vehicles, arriving and settling in is effortless.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Dog Friendly: Up to two well behaved, house-trained, crate-trained dogs welcome ($250 per dog/per stay, Maximum 2 dogs). Cats not permitted due to allergies. Pre-approval required.

Construction Notice: It is offseason, and like many nearby streets, there is active construction on our street. By city ordinance, crews are permitted to work on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. We've lowered our nightly rate to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay.

Mobility Considerations: Please note that entry to the home requires climbing approximately 10 stairs to reach the main kitchen and living area. The lower level of the home also includes steps that may be challenging for some guests. If anyone in your group has mobility limitations, this home may not be the most comfortable option.

Property Notes: The fireplace is non-functioning and for decorative purposes only. A whole-home dehumidifier is located on the bottom floor and will run intermittently during your stay.
