Completely renovated in 2017, the historic Rea Rita offers all of the amenities of modern life alongside all of the character and beauty of a classic Victorian home. From the expansive wrap around porch, you can take in the picturesque beauty of Central Avenue, North Wildwood's most stunning street, enjoying that morning coffee or toasting the start of your vacation with your favorite cocktail in the evening; enjoy a peaceful nap in one of the hammocks or gather with loved ones in the rocking chairs to take in the Friday night fireworks (the view is unobstructed and amazing - check out the pictures!). Off of the kitchen is a deck with a grill for those casual summer dinners, as well as a gas fire pit with seating. The completely fenced in backyard offers a great place for yard games and family fun, and there is a private outdoor shower just below the deck to rinse off upon your return from the beach.

Inside, you'll find the beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and island seating, just off of the open floor plan of the dining and living room. The original character of the house can be seen at every turn, from the intricate leaded glass in the built-in cabinets in the dining room, to the exquisite millwork along the staircases. With seven bedrooms and baths, The Rea Rita can comfortably sleep 16 people. The main house includes 5 bedrooms and baths, while the first floor 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment has its own private entrance and patio area. There is also ample parking which includes a garage, and 2 driveways. In addition, parking on Central Ave is free! You can leave your car and walk to your favorite places in the Wildwoods, as the beach and boards are a quick 3 blocks from your front steps. - Additional fees include security deposit (refundable within 2 weeks provided there are no major damages)
- Photo ID required with signed lease; dates for requested stay will not be honored with a signed lease and deposit
- Payment via Venmo/Zelle/personal checks/money orders
- NOTE: The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- Linens and bath towels can be provided for an additional fee for rentals 7 days or longer; linen rental is only available Memorial Day to Labor Day.
