Off of the kitchen is a deck with a grill for those casual summer dinners, as well as a gas fire pit with seating. The completely fenced in backyard offers a great place for yard games and family fun, and there is a private outdoor shower just below the deck to rinse off upon your return from the beach.
Inside, you'll find the beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, and island seating, just off of the open floor plan of the dining and living room. The original character of the house can be seen at every turn, from the intricate leaded glass in the built-in cabinets in the dining room, to the exquisite millwork along the staircases. With seven bedrooms and baths, The Rea Rita can comfortably sleep 16 people. The main house includes 5 bedrooms and baths, while the first floor 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment has its own private entrance and patio area. There is also ample parking which includes a garage, and 2 driveways. In addition, parking on Central Ave is free! You can leave your car and walk to your favorite places in the Wildwoods, as the beach and boards are a quick 3 blocks from your front steps.
