BRINGING A PET?

- $250 non-refundable per pet/per stay fee (maximum of 2 dogs).
- Cats are not allowed at any time due to severe allergies.
- Please advise before booking Pre-Approval from host is needed.

OCCUPANCY & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- We don't host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
- Booking guest must be 25+ years old with no negative past reviews.
- For adult-only groups, all guests must be 25+ years old or traveling with parents.
- Parking is available for up to 4 cars (2 driveway, 2 street with provided permits).
- Home sleeps up to 10 guests. All beds will be shared and the sleeper sofa or the upper bunk beds will be used.
- To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
- Self check-in with a unique to you key code for the duration of your stay
- The front door to our home is up half a flight of stairs (4 steps)
- Guest has access to the entirety of the house except for locked owner supply areas and garage
- Garage is not included in the rental and is for owner use/storage only
