-Booking Requirement: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. After your reservation is accepted, youll receive a link to complete the agreement. It will request the full names and dates of birth of all guests, along with a copy of the booking guests governmentissued ID. Kindly note: Your credit card will reflect two separate chargesone from for their service fee, and another from "Our Humble Homes" for the remaining reservation amount.
-AdultOnly Bookings (Guys/Girls Weekends): The booking guest must be 25+ with no negative past reviews. All guests must be 25+ or traveling with parents. We are unable to host Prom, Graduation, or Senior Weekend groups.
