OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
>Booking Requirement: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. After your reservation is accepted, you will receive a link to complete the agreement. It will request the full names and dates of birth of all guests, along with a copy of the booking guests government issued ID.

>Adult Only Bookings (Guys/Girls Weekends): Adult only bookings are welcome for mature, respectful groups. The primary guest must be 25 or older with positive reviews, and all guests must be 25+ unless traveling with parents. We do not host prom, graduation, or senior week groups, and the homes maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

>Safety & Security: Homes are equipped with smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. Exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices are in place for safety (no audio recording).
