Bedroom 2 has a 43" Roku LED television, queen size bed, one night stand with lamp, dresser with mirror, clothes closet, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 has a 43" Roku television, full size bed, twin bed, one night stand with lamp, dresser with mirror, clothes closet, and ceiling fan.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the hallway bathroom with shower.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, table with lamp, ceiling fan and 55" Roku LED television.

There's a laundry room with shelving and large washer and dryer.

Guests must bring their own sheets, pillow case covers, and towels. Pillows and blankets will be provided.

Park your car in the shaded garage and take the elevator up to your condo. There's a limit of 2 cars.

Walk to Centennial park for free summer outdoor concerts and Sunrise Park for splash park, outdoor gym, and large playground. Surfing between Rambler and Orchid Road is 2 blocks away. Bike rentals are 2 blocks away on Rambler Road with a bike path along the ocean to the boardwalk. Enjoy the world famous boardwalk with lot's of restaurants, shops, miniature golf, arcades, funnel cakes, ice cream, games of chance, and Morey's amusement rides and water parks. Boating, water skiing, wave runners, tennis, golfing and the finest fishing on the east coast are all just a short distance away. Visit historic Cape May to see the beach, take a stroll to admire the beautiful historic Victorian houses, take a carriage ride, and visit Washington Street Mall with lots of quaint shops, restaurants, and ice cream. Stone Harbor, 96th Street Mall, is another must see with shops, restaurants, ice cream, and recently renovated Harbor Square movie theatre. About a half hour drive is the FREE Cape May County zoo, where you can see more than 550 animals, in 85 acres of exhibits.

There's an 8 person limit in the condo. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a check-in time of 3 PM and check-out time of 10 AM.

Deposit of $500 is required to hold the date. Security deposit is $400. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Keys will be mailed to your address when balance is paid in full. The security deposit will be returned after satisfactory inspection and keys are returned.
