This is a family house and not for partying. For "groups of friends," there is a strict age requirement of 26 years old for ALL guests in the group (we will check IDs for all guests for age verification.) Age requirement does not apply to families.

Check in/check out on Saturdays. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am.
