Welcome to paradise at the Jersey Shore! it's not just the sun or the constant breeze, it's the beautiful residential neighborhood of 811 Atlantic Ave that is so attractive to famillies. Our home is tastefully decorated with beach and shell accents and is available to rent throughout the year. the beach house will take you away from your everyday grind for as long as you and your family would like. We have put all of the amenities of home into our house to be sure you will enjoy your stay. if there is a parade, you can watch it go right by in front of the house.

811 Atlantic is located on one of the safest (and quietest) blocks of North Wildwood. We are next to City Hall, police station & 8th street park for kids to play. Simply walk 2 blocks to the ocean. Our house is a well maintained upgraded property that is very close to Russos Deli, (the best sandwiches in NW), the north entrance to the boards & tram car, and a few more (walkable) blocks to local restaurants and nightlife such as Westys, Keenans and Flip Flopz. The house is 6 bedrooms (5 bedrooms with a loft for the 6th bedroom, no door, 3 queen beds, & 1 king. 2 full size & 5 twins. The twins are full and in the loft bunkbeds. The Master (king with large closet) is located on the first floor along with the Palm bedroom (queen size) with a natural wood bed and breezy palm motif, there are 2 baths, 1 standing shower on the first floor and a tub on the second floor. Upstairs bedroom is a starfish motif, yellow with white wainscoat, queen size bed. There is a bureau and a nice size closet for storage. Next to the Starfish room is the Seafoam Room, it also has a Queen size bed with a bureau and a nice size closet.

The house sleeps 14 comfortable, the couch in the family room as a pull out double bed. In addition, there is a coffee bar/wet bar with refrigerator upstairs that leads to the outside deck with a great view of North Wildwood! You can also watch the flat screen tv from the deck. Its a great place to sit back, read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee of a cocktail at 4pm!

There is plenty of room to run around in the yard along with a hot & cold outside shower to wash off at after a day at the beach. Youll find our house has more than ample room for multifamily vacations, all you need to bring is a bathing suit, flip flops, sunglasses, beach towels, sheets for the bed and towels for the shower. For the most part, we have supplied the rest!
The house has 2 zone central air throughout, along with beautiful ambient lighting upstairs and downstairs, Be sure to enjoy yourselves on the patio on the deck or the porch. There is a 2 car detached garage to store all of your gear when you come back from the beach. Bikes, wonderwheeler, etc. is available for use. Dont worry, there are tvs upstairs and downstairs with cable! The house is wireless in case you need to check in on life outside North Wildwood.
