Welcome to Salty Air Cottage in Ventnor, NJ! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home is located 3 blocks from the beach and only minutes from Atlantic City and Margate. This home has been beautifully decorated throughout and furnished with an eye toward comfort and relaxation. The house is charming, clean, and in excellent condition.

Downstairs includes a cozy living room with TV area and reading nook. The dining room table seats up to 8 and is perfect for family meals, games, or even work! The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking. A second full bath is downstairs.

Four bedrooms and one full bath are upstairs. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and closet. Two bedrooms have a queen bed. The other two have two twin beds each. The back queen bedroom leads to a roof deck.

The utility room off the kitchen has a new HE washer and dryer. There is a driveway space for 1 car and plenty of street parking. On the driveway side of the house, there is an enclosed outdoor shower with running hot and cold water for washing off after the beach.

We have several private outdoor spaces. Our breezy front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or a good book! The roof deck, accessible from outside stairs or the back bedroom, is a great place to soak up sun during the day or stargaze in the evenings. The secluded patio offers space for al fresco dining for 6-8 and a large grill.

There is Wifi and Comcast Cable with local channels plus HBO. The living room has a Roku TV so you can bring your own Netflix, Comcast, Amazon, or HBO account with you.
6 beach tags are provided for your use as well as two beach chairs. The cottage is stocked with games, movies, puzzles, books and the kitchen is well appointed.

Salty Air Cottage just installed a brand new central air conditioning system. For full week stays in the summer, just bring your own favorite sheets and towels! In the off season, our housekeeper will make up your beds with freshly laundered, high thread count cotton sheets.
