Hi! We are Pat and Tori and would love to share our beach home with you. We have 2 units, side by side in our home, the left of which is available for summer rental. It is 1 block from the beach in the beautiful Belmar, NJ. Each unit has 2 BR, 1 Bathroom, perfect for 4 people to enjoy.

Nearby D'Jais, Bar Anticipation, Marina Grille, Pier 9, and plenty of other places to eat. It's a close uber to neighboring shore towns such as Manasquan, Point Pleasant, and Sea Girt. We personally love running on the boardwalk in the morning to Avon and Bradley beach, and bringing our dog for sunset to the dog beach in Spring Lake on the southern border of Belmar. We provide a curated local guide with tons of tips and things to do.

Left unit: street parking only, has in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and is newly renovated. Feel free to use the surfboard on the wall.
One bedroom has a queen bed, other has a twin over full bunk bed.
