Updated Cancellation policy - Cancellations occurring due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) implemented by the State of New Jersey and/or the Town of Spring Lake affecting your period of rental excluding pool usage will provide you a complete refund of monies paid. If this cancellation occurs during your stay; a partial refund will occur of the days not used only. Otherwise Cancellations occurring less than 45 days but no less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a complete refund only if another tenant is secured. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund if not COVID-19 related.

JUNE is available weekly rental for $2,500 - Saturday to Saturday
JULY is available weekly rental only -7 days for $3,500 - Saturday to Saturday
4th of July weekly rent for $3,500.
AUGUST is available for weekly rental only - 7 days for $3700 - Saturday to Saturday.
Two weeks or more rental periods: 50% down upon signing of rental agreement and second half 30 days later;
One week rental period: payment in full due upon signing of rental agreement;
All rentals: separate checks/payments for final balance of rental, damage security deposit and cleaning fees and if required pet fee are due 30 days prior to arrival

3BR - Bedroom #1 - Queen size bed; Bedroom #2 contains 4 twin beds - 2 bunk beds with trundles. Bedroom #3 contains a convertible King bed or 2 twin beds.
4 new window A/C units and 4 ceiling fans.
There is a front loading washer and dryer on main level.

There are 2 bathrooms - one containing a shower and one containing a bathtub with shower.

Bed linens, bath and beach towels provided for your use as well as a large selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand and water toys. There is no need to bring your own.

Baby pack and play crib is available for use.

We keep a fully stocked kitchen which includes cooking pots and pans, utensils, glasses, dishes.

We also stock cleaning supplies including garbage bags, paper towels, soaps and laundry detergents.

There is an outside patio/porch with gas bbq grill; patio seating for 6; and wood table with umbrella and seating for 6.

There is a outside shed available to store bikes.

5 beach/pool badges (no badges required under 12 yrs old) included;

max 6 adults occupancy or 6 adults/2 children; Driveway parking.

This rental includes utilities, 5 beach badges and access to beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas; beach towels and beach mats.

There is a refundable $500 damage security deposit.

Cleaning fee is $125;

Pet fee is $100; Dogs invited only with permission at booking

check in is 2 pm and check out is 9 am.

In season (May 24 - Aug 31) requires a minimum of 7 days rental from Saturday to Saturday except June is available partial week for 3 day minimum - $500/night (Thur -Fri - Sat -Sun) otherwise $375/daily
Sept-Oct - 2 day minimum required - $600/night (Thu -Fri - Saturday-Sun)

Steps to Wreck Pond; easy walk to restaurants and shops. Walk-able to train station - North Jersey Coast Line. Beach House is private and offset from street with ample driveway parking; Dogs welcome with prior approval. No smoking or vaping. Located near many golf courses and Great Adventures, Six Flags is 25 minute drive as well as Jenkins Boardwalk in Pt Pleasant is 15 minute drive and 10 minute drive to Jersey Shore Premium Outlets & Monmouth Mall. Sesame Place is one hour drive.
