A large, fully equipped bath, a mud room with full sized washer and dryer and garage access to the pool.

Second floor:

Great room with queen sofa bed, large flat screen TV and dining room that seats a minimum of 12
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances
Powder room with a laundry room
Private hallway to 2 beautifully appointed queen bedrooms with separate on suite bathrooms front bedroom with beach views and back bedroom overlooking the pool area. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Third Floor:
Luxurious master suite with king bed, spa bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet and private deck with ocean views. Master bedroom also has a large flat screen TV.
