For the health and safety of our guests, and our family, we will no longer be accepting Spring 2020 rentals. All guests that reserved a 2020 summer week or off-season weekend, and requested to cancel due to COVID-19, have received a 100% refund.

We will continue to accept reservations for Summer 2020. We are offering a 100% flexible cancellation policy. Should Social Distancing/Quarantines continue through the summer, we will continue to refund 100%.

This is our family vacation home, not a primary investment rental. We have been renting our home in OCNJ since 2011 and have a long history of delighted guests. In 2018, we sold our condo and moved to this unique 5 Bedroom, 4.5 bathroom single in the heart of the North End. When we are not using the place ourselves, we love to share our home with other families that appreciate Ocean City as much as we do!

- Great for larger families/multiple families. 1 Master and 2 Junior Master Suites with modern ensuite bathrooms and private attached decks. Master Balcony is a spacious sun deck.

- Comfortably sleeps Thirteen (13); with plenty of extra room for guest supplied inflatable mattress to sleep additional people if needed (Inflatable mattresses NOT supplied by owner Maximum Occupancy 15)

- Pillows, bedspreads and blankets are provided

- Linens, bath towels, beach towels and paper products are the responsibility of the guest, and are not provided

This beautiful new construction (2018) 2400 square foot single is located in the downtown historic district near the interestion of 10th & Wesley Avenue, right in the heart of Ocean City, NJ. Our home is located on an unmetered portion of the street with two (2) dedicated off-street parking spaces in the rear of the house. Park your car and leave it; EVERYTHING is in walking distance!

Bedroom #2: Jr. Master | King Bed, attached bathroom & tiled shower. Private covered balcony with bistro table and two (2) chairs with cushions. [Sleeps 2]

Bedroom #3: Jr. Master | Queen Bed + Memory Foam Full Sleeper Sofa, attached bathroom & tiled shower. Private balcony with 2 chairs with cushions. 42" 4G flat screen Smart TV with BluRay/DVD player [Sleeps 4]

Bedroom #4: Queen Bed | 32 wall mounted flat screen TV [Sleeps 2]

Bedroom #5: 2 Twin Beds [Sleeps 2]

The First Floor/Great Room features engineered hardwood floors, a super comfortable sectional sofa, two (2) swivel rocking chairs, gas fireplace and a 65" Ultra High Definition Smart TV with Direct TV and Netflix. The house is equipped with wireless highspeed internet with a mesh router for enhanced WiFi connectivity and streaming. Kitchen and Master Bedroom(s) Phillips Hue light system and Ecobee dual-zone thermostats may be app controlled (just download the app and connect), if desired, or they can be voice controlled via the Amazon Echo located in Kitchen. The Great Room cabinet is stocked with a large assortment of movies, books, board games and puzzles.

Our home features four (4) spacious, furnished decks. Enjoy outdoor conversation seating, rain or shine, from the covered front porch with built-in gate across stairs. We also have a fully enclosed outdoor shower on the south side of the house.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and a large island with seating for four (4). Kitchen offers large custom cabinets with soft close drawers and doors, pantry cabinet and upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. Also supplied: dishes, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig brewer (Bring your K-cups), toaster, hand blender and CrockPot. Dining table seats 8 adults.

Full size, stacked washer and gas dryer are located in the upstairs laundry closet in the 2nd floor hallway, just outside the master bedroom. A tankless hot water heater, vacuum and other cleaning supplied are located in the upstairs utility closet.

From our location, the 10th/11th Street Beach is a short, 2-Block, 5 minute walk, right past Castaway Cove (Gale Force Roller Coaster is visible from the front decks). The downtown district on Asbury Avenue is only 1.5 blocks from the back alley. There you will find: coffee, fruit smoothie and ice cream shops, bakeries, great restaurants, boutique clothing, five and dime stores and the City Hall Visitor Center. The grocery store on West Ave is just a few blocks further or you can explore the 9th Street bridge Walking / Bike Path and Bird Sanctuary. Additionally, fireworks viewing is AMAZING right from the comfort of the front deck!
